Published plans before general availability
Every plan and what it costs is on this page before launch. Finding out the price will never require a sales process.
Users are never a line item
We price by the place the work happens, not the people doing it. Hire someone, add a locum on a Saturday: the bill does not move.
Every module on your plan is included
Nothing is unlocked by a second purchase, and nothing charges again to talk to the module beside it. One price, everything linked.
A device you already own is never a pricing tier
Printers, scanners, scales and terminals are declared, not licensed. Connect what you have, add what you buy, and the plan stays where it was.
No onboarding fee on a published plan
We bring your data across as part of joining. Implementation inside a custom agreement is scoped and quoted; a published plan carries no setup charge.
Leave with your data, in open formats
Export is a feature of the product rather than a clause you have to negotiate. A custom agreement never removes it.
What you pay is what it costs
We charge for the software and take nothing from the payment. No share of a sale, and no fee for using a payment provider that is not ours.

No. A published plan carries no setup charge, and we bring your catalogue, suppliers and prices across with you as part of joining. Implementation work inside a custom agreement is scoped and quoted separately.
Talk to us and we scope it together. Custom is where a group running many locations, single sign-on against your own identity provider, data residency in a region we do not serve by default, an on-premise deployment, or a procurement process with its own rules all get handled. Every custom conversation starts with a bounded pilot on one location, with our team on it.
You export everything, in open formats, whenever you want. Export is a feature of the product rather than a clause you have to negotiate, and a custom agreement never removes it.
No, and we never will. We charge for the software and take nothing from the payment. There is also no fee for using a payment provider that is not ours: bring the acquirer you already have, or the one with the better rate, and the software price does not change.
A second and third store sit on Growth, priced per location. Chains, franchises and buying cooperatives are a Custom conversation, and we scope the bands with you rather than multiplying a list price.
