It comes with docDule and hospiDule from Core upwards, under your own clinic channel. There is no separate patient subscription to buy, and none to pass on to your patients.
No. Your clinic plan is priced per clinician or per location. Patients on your channel, messages sent and reminders delivered are not metered, and there are no communication credits to top up.
Your records follow ABDM standards and stay yours. You can read and export them at any time, in open formats, including if your clinic changes systems.
Health systems, insurers and public programmes that need single sign-on against their own identity provider, data residency in a region we do not serve by default, integrations with systems already in place, or a procurement process with its own rules. Talk to us and we scope it together.
Patients keep their records. Export is a feature of the product rather than a clause in a contract, and it works for the patient as well as the clinic.
