Your store, in your
customer's pocket.

storeDule is the shopper side of your store: browse, cart, checkout, and loyalty, on the same catalog and stock as your counter.

What it does

One catalog, live stock, secure checkout

The shelf and the screen share one catalog and one stock count, with cart, secure checkout, and loyalty built in.

Trusted

The Reality

The gap between the shelf and the screen

Three moments where an independent shop loses a sale it had already earned. None of them are about price.

The sale that went elsewhere

Your customer checks a phone before leaving the house. If the shelf has no screen, the shop that does gets the order, and you never see that it happened.

What "one catalog" actually means

Not a claim about the market. A description of the rows behind the storefront and the till.

  • 1catalog behind counter and screenthe same rows, not a nightly sync
  • 1stock count, decremented oncewhichever side of the shop sells it
  • 0second systems to reconcileno export, no overnight job
  • 3ways an order can be receivedpickup, delivery, or pay at store
What it does

A storefront that is already stocked

storeDule reads your grossDule catalog, pricing, and stock. Turning it on is a switch, not a second system to run.

Mobile-first storefront

A fast, branded shop your customers open on their phone. No app install required.

Checkout, built for local retail

Pickup, delivery, or pay-at-store in a few taps. Card, UPI, and cash all settle to your books.

Live stock, no overselling

Shelf and screen share one live count, updated on every sale and delivery.

Loyalty and offers

Points, member prices, and promotions apply the same online as they do at the till.

Click and collect

Reserve online, collect in store. Orders drop onto your counter queue, ready when they arrive.

One catalog to maintain

Change a price or a product once. It updates the shelf label and the storefront together.

The difference

One order. One record.

Every storefront reads a commerce database. storeDule reads the same stock row the till decrements and the ledger posts against. Not synced. The same.

One record, four stations

The shopper side of the store you already run.
At the counter

Connect what you own

A collect order has to be picked, packed and handed over. storeDule uses the devices already on your counter, because hardware is declared to the platform rather than hard-coded into it.

Receipt and pick-slip printers

Standard thermal printers over USB or network. The pick slip prints when the order arrives, the receipt prints when it is handed over, and both are the same document model the till already uses.

Barcode scanners

Any USB or Bluetooth scanner closes a collect order the way it rings up a walk-in sale. Scan the line, and the picking is recorded rather than remembered.

Cash drawers and card terminals

Kick-driven drawers and the card terminal you already have. Pay-at-store settles into the same books as every other sale in the shop, on the day it happened.

A new device is a declaration

A device is described to the platform in a definition instead of compiled into a release, and an element a device does not understand is skipped rather than thrown. An older till keeps printing a layout written after it shipped.

What we will stand behind

The commitments, not the compliments

storeDule is pre-launch, so there is no customer to quote yet. These are the guarantees the product is built to keep, each one a thing you can check on day one rather than take on trust.

The storefront cannot oversell the shelf

There is one stock count and the storefront decrements it directly. A cart cannot be accepted against stock the counter has already sold, because there is no second number to be wrong.

One price, unless you set two on purpose

The shelf label and the product page read the same price book. A different online price is a deliberate rule you write, never a drift you discover.

Collect orders arrive on the counter queue

An online order joins the same list the shop floor already works from. No inbox to watch, no second screen to keep open, no retyping.

Your data leaves with you

Catalog, orders, and customers export in open formats whenever you ask. Nothing about storeDule depends on you being unable to leave.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • storeDule is designed as the shopper surface of grossDule and reads its catalog, pricing, and stock. The two are built to run together, so the storefront is never out of sync with the counter.

  • No. storeDule reads the same catalog you already keep for the shelf. Change a price or a product once and it updates in store and online together.

  • Yes. storeDule supports pay-online, pay-at-store, delivery, and click-and-collect, with collect orders dropping straight onto your counter queue.

  • storeDule is in early access with the founding grossDule stores. Apply for early access and we will onboard you as it ships in your market.

  • No. The storefront opens in the browser on their phone, so there is nothing between seeing the link and shopping.

  • Yes. Shelf and screen share one live count, so "do you have it" is answered before the trip rather than at the shelf.

  • Points, member prices, and promotions apply the same online as they do at the till, because it is one programme rather than two.

  • It is not offered, because the count is live rather than a nightly snapshot. If something goes during picking, the shopper is offered the substitution rather than finding it in the bag, and the order and receipt reflect what was actually supplied.

  • Past orders and saved lists are one tap away, which is how a weekly shop actually behaves. The person at the till and the person online are one customer record, so history and points do not fork.

  • Your own staff, from the counter queue. Collect and delivery orders arrive on the same list the shop floor already works from.
