No. A published plan carries no setup charge, and we bring your patients, tariffs, payers and history across with you as part of joining. Implementation work inside a custom agreement is scoped and quoted separately.
Talk to us and we scope it together. Custom is where a group running many locations, single sign-on against your own identity provider, data residency in a region we do not serve by default, an on-premise deployment, or a procurement process with its own rules all get handled. Every custom conversation starts with a bounded pilot on one location, with our team on it.
You export everything, in open formats, whenever you want. Export is a feature of the product rather than a clause you have to negotiate, and a custom agreement never removes it.
